Michael Sin, our director, has been directly involved with the design of several large public hospitals and medical facilities throughout New Zealand. Michael has an enviable track record in hospital and health care work and been involved over 15 years in this very specialized area.

His work is focused on hospital planning and health facilities designs, planning new health facilities and he has prepared approved master plans for reconfiguration of several public hospitals for Governmental Agencies including:

He was a visiting lecturer to Auckland Medical School and has lectured on Architecture and its impact on Health Care at the NorthShore Hospital Post graduate diploma courses for medical clinicians. He also has specialist knowledge in designing buildings for Aged related Dementia pioneering the design of special safe care units throughout NZ. He has presented papers at ADARDS conferences.
