BJA has a network of clients in the Hotels and Tourist Industries. We have clients like Accor Hotel Group, Rydges Hotel Group, Hilton Hotel Group, Sheraton, Hyatt and Regent Hotels Group and has carried out design work at International Resorts like Rarotonga, Fiji, Aututaki Islands, Samoa, as well as famous NZ destinations like Queenstown, Taupo and near the famous Waitomo Glow-worm caves in Te Kuiti.

We were involved with the design proposal of a large Convention Centre and 5 Star Hotel in Tauranga in a consortia backed by an American Investment Syndicate.

We are involved with Hotel Interiors Design and Kitchen Designs and have been responsible for the total refurbishment projects of Hotels to retrofit the building and for rebranding. We have in depth knowledge of Hotel business and its operating strategy and have worked for several International Hotel brands. 

We had designed a new 15 level hotel at Anzac Avenue to be a Mercure Hotel, a new 150 bed Novotel Hotel and convention centre in Suva Fiji, refurbishment of hotel rooms for the Queen Street Auckland Mercure Hotel. We have design proposals for the  refurbishment of the Auckland Quay Street Mercure Hotel converting this into Grand Mercure Hotel. We designed the new external recladding of the Mercure Hoel in Wellington.
