PEOPLE

Michael Sin, our Managing Director, is a Registered Architect, member of RIBA, Associate of NZ Institute of Architects, has had over thirty years of experience in New Zealand Architecture and had participated in projects internationally in Samoa, Fiji, Rarotonga, Malaysia, Australia and in Saudi Arabia. His wide ranging experience covers Commercial, Industrial, Retail Supermarkets, Hospitals, Schools, Commercial Kitchens, Interior Designs, Urban Planning, Resource Management applications and  Residential architecture. BJA specialization is in Educational Facilities, Aged Care Facilities, Hotel and Tourism, Hospitality, Church Architecture, Auditorium design and Supermarkets.
